From Neustift to Bozen - past countless vineyards, chestnut groves and farms runs what is probably the longest pleasure and cultural trail in South Tyrol - the Chestnut Trail in the Eisack Valley or "Keschtnweg".

The splendid colours of nature and the clear views in autumn give the landscape a very special atmosphere. The chestnut weeks are best experienced in our small accommodation in the Isarco Valley at the Boutique Hotel Erlacher. Chestnuts also have a special place in our cuisine and are skilfully and innovatively brought to the plate by chef Angelika.
