Enjoyable food not only fills our stomachs, it also has an effect on our state of mind.

My three components are:

- Taste
- Appearance
- Smell

All three together trigger certain sensations and are the special insider tip for good cuisine in South Tyrol.

Good oils, ginger, coriander, caraway, fennel, cereal grains, lots of fresh or dried herbs, herbal salts, flowers and, for a sweet temptation, soya cream (low-fat) are a must in my kitchen!
